Real estate is the family business and it has been in my blood since I was a child. My father, a real estate developer, taught me the importance of gathering a good network of strategic partners to ensure the entire process is seamless.
As a real estate agent, I love the diversity of the lower mainland, meeting new people who have come from all over to make the valley their home, and helping them with their real estate journey. I believe in fighting for every dollar so no money is left on the table.
My key to success is old-fashioned hard work, honesty, and always putting my clients needs first. I never take the tremendous trust my clients put in me lightly and am extremely honored when they allow me to guide them through the buying and selling process, ensuring that their best interests are always met.

As a former commercial pilot back in India I understand the importance of attention to detail, procedures, and continual training. As a pilot, I also learned to make important decisions in tense, sometimes even potentially dangerous situations. These learnings have served me well as a realtor. My clients live full, busy lives and I’m there to ensure that nothing is missed that can end up costing them money or add stress. As a licensed Century 21 broker, I also ensure I have consistent training and updated information on all legal aspects of property buying and selling.
Exposed to big real estate developments early in my life, I am especially passionate about larger projects such as land assembly. Land assemblies are complex deals with a lot of moving parts and you need a real estate agent that has experience in this area to best represent you and make sure your interests are best represented.
