Atinder Singh Personal Real Estate Corporation (PRESIDENT)
Real estate is the family business and it has been in my blood since I was a child. My father, a real estate developer, taught me the importance of gathering a good network of strategic partners to ensure the entire process is seamless.
As a former commercial pilot back in India I understand the importance of attention to detail, procedures, and continual training. As a pilot, I also learned to make important decisions in tense, sometimes even potentially dangerous situations. These learnings have served me well as a realtor. My clients live full, busy lives and I’m there to ensure that nothing is missed that can end up costing them money or add stress. As a licensed Century 21 broker, I also ensure I have consistent training and updated information on all legal aspects of property buying and selling.
Exposed to big real estate developments early in my life, I am especially passionate about larger projects such as land assemblies and developments. These are complex deals with a lot of moving parts and you need a real estate agent that has experience in this area to best represent you and make sure your interests are best represented.

Working as a Realtor in India since over a decade and moving to Canada a few years ago, choosing Real Estate as a career was a no brainer. With the international experience I bring on the table, I ensure to work for my client’s best interest. My professionalism, negotiating skills and work ethics have been the pillars in my Real estate journey so far. Working with Hike Real Estate, I got exposed to all categories of Real Estate transactions including commercial and development market relatively early in my career thus widening my skills as a Realtor.
What Do We Do?
From consultation to getting rezoning and permits approval, our team at Hike Consultants will handle the project
from start to finish. We specialize in single-family subdivisions, townhomes, mixed use or
residential only multi family developments. Our team takes pride in being the experts at the
residential side of Real Estate as well.
Land Use and Development
In order to make the highest and best use of the land and maximum return on investment, we offer land use and development services. We include ecological responsibility and community involvement in the approval process.
Rezoning and Subdivision
From planning to execution, we handle rezoning and subdivision applications. To make sure the project is completed on schedule and in accordance with the project's goals and deadlines, we lead the design team. We are able to work with city officials and approving authorities thanks to our wide-ranging network to make sure they understand our client's goal.
Feasibility Studies
We do land feasibility analyses for land developments and assembly projects. Permitted land use, environmental effects, water courses, and/or other delicate constraints are some of the services we offer.
The Supporting Team
SALES
The Sales Team provides strategic advice and assistance to all of Hike Real Estate’s clients and acts as their primary point of contact. Their knowledge of market trends and ability to source out new opportunities allows Hike Real Estate to remain at the forefront of the industry.
MARKETING
The Marketing Department creates unique materials that enhance the properties HIKE represents. From custom maps to tailored information packages, they provide the team with the tools they need to visually market a property and inspire people to envision the future.
PARALEGAL
The Paralegal Department’s attention to detail ensures that all of Hike Real Estate’s legal interactions run smoothly. Excellent interpersonal skills enable them to be a successful manager of legal documents and client services.
