MAPLE RIDGE

One of the more intriguing neighborhoods in the Fraser Valley is Maple Ridge, which has developed gradually. Many major developers are starting to cross the Golden Ears to invest in less well-known Albion and even the Thornhill Urban Land Reserve, which has not yet seen a development process launched, in addition to the obviously rapidly rising places like Silver Valley. Both sub-areas are positioned for expansion over the next 8–12 years due to low land prices and reasonably large parcels. Neighboring communities are taking notice of the city’s progressive government, first-rate amenities, and breathtaking mountain views. Maple Ridge is obviously prepared to expand.
